I was recommended to crustal blinds from my initial phone call to john and then Dave coming and measuring all my windows and giving me the choice with or with out chains and assured me of the safety to my grandchildren , to fitting I can not thank them enough they have transformed my home, customer service is phenomenal, I decided to have a roller blind In my bathroom and the change in my home is amazing, from the bottom of my heart thank you guys will be recommending you to all my friends and family ❤️

I have only positive feedback , I was unsure about which blinds to choose as I’ve always had verticle Jon came with plenty of samples and his experience is second to none ! I chose white high gloss wooden and from ordering to fitting Dave in the office was fantastic and kept me updated through to the fitting date , Jon the fitter has a wealth of knowledge and takes so much pride in his work , professional , respectful and happy . Not sure what else to say apart from I wouldn’t go any where else now , they are absolutely amazing and I can’t praise them enough ! Fitted my blinds to the highest standard and I am delighted . Thank you Dave & Jon .

These guys went the extra mile when my existing blinds crashed to the floor due to some previous owner glueing the supporting wooden backing strip to some dodgy plaster. In the hot weather 40 degrees recently the glue gave way and the rest was history. These guys came out reinstated the wooden backing strip and drilled new screw heads into the concrete and recovered the existing blind which was still in good condition and fitted the whole lot! Some others could of said well you need new blinds and charged accordingly. No this company are honest reliable people and charged £30 and everything is now tip top. I certainly recommend them

Service above and beyond our expectations!As Dave had promised us that the blinds would be fitted before Christmas and the couriers were struggling to deliver on time, Dave drove all the way to the manufacturers in Northampton and picked them up himself!Within an hour of returning, Dave called to say that John would be with us within half an hour to fit the blinds - that's what I call service!Very happy with the quality of the blinds and John's workmanship in fitting them.

Ordered conservatory blinds in June, and paid the deposit. Was quite a wait for fitting, but have to admit, well worth it. Blinds look great, and Dave fitted them on his day off.Only advice would be, be patient, like everyone, they are experiencing issues with suppliers.

Cannot faulty Crystal Blinds. Originally order my blind from Dunelm Mill (was It £90 more) and they wanted £50 for fitting). The blind was awful, not the colour I thought I had ordered and dented. They refunded my money and on the way home passed Crystal Blinds and went in and order. The blind is fitted and I cannot be more pleased, exactly what I wanted. Thank you for your prompt and friendly service. I would not hesitate to recommend you to family and friends. Thank you.

Cannot fault them at all, used them 2 years ago at my mums and provided outstanding service. Today took an idea of what I wanted and was made and ready for collection in a few hours! Weights, chains all placed in and very easily packaged so I could hang them in minutes! Excellent quality and top service. Thank you!

This blind company is the best one out there if you need curtains come here they do a really good job fast.

Great experience with Crystal Blinds. Friendly and accommodating throughout the whole process. It was clear to see that they have a wealth of experience and knowledge meaning that they were able to recommend the best and most cost efficient solutions to us. We ended up having roller blinds fitted in our conservatory and wooden blinds in the rest of the house and i cant fault them!!Great local company and I would highly recommend them to anyone!
